The New basic level tutorial – the snare , In this tutorial we are going to cover the idea why it’s important to have many snare sounds in your arsenal, many beginner beatboxers have the same problem of concentrating on only one snare in their beats , they do only the classic snare , or only the clap so they are not being versatile with their music , and I
think this is very important.
In this beatbox tutorial we are going to teach you 3 different sounds of snares :The classic snare , the Synth snare, and throat snare. In this tutorial you will learn how to beatbox better on it. we give you 3 new snares to your Beat Box to play around with, even if you are an experienced beatboxer and you already know those sounds it’s still can help understand how to have more control over your mouth. we show different ways to get to the snare sound, that will probably expand your understanding about how to use your muscles inside your mouth and how the sound is been build.
Well the First snare is the classic snare , we teach it with the same technique that we used to explain The Kick Drum. so we advise you to go and see the kick drum tutorial first and
learn how to do the kick before jumping to snare.
To do the throat snare it’s sound is based on the Bongo drum sound and added to this sound the word “Ish” that’s how it’s been made.
The synth snare is symbolized with the letters “Tsh” you really pronounce the letter “T” and then push your air out with the “Sh” in the end, So it’s “T-sh” .
So good luck to you all and keep working hard.
We live and Breath Beatbox,
Isato.
